Prices

Holiday Home (ground floor)

The following applies:

• The prices mentioned are prices per night for up to 6 people.
• For groups larger than 6 people, the extra costs are € 70 per person per night.
• The mandatory cleaning costs are € 275.
• If your group is larger than 8 people, then the vacation home and the apartment (on the first floor) can be joined. You then have one large accommodation. A total of 12 people can then go. Possibly this can be extended to 14 people, using the double sofa bed. Please contact us to discuss the possibilities.

Apartment (1st floor)

The following applies:

• The prices mentioned are the prices per night for up to 4 people.
• For the 5th and / or 6th person the extra costs are € 55 per person per night.
• For the 5th and / or 6th person you have to use the 2 person sofa bed (in the living room).
• The mandatory cleaning costs are € 145.

Generally

• Our general terms and conditions apply to all bookings.
• The high season rate applies during school holidays and public holidays.
• The prices are incl. VAT and bed linen.
• Optional: Extra bed linen: € 12,50 per set.
• Optional: Towels package € 1.75 per person per day (unlimited clean towels).
• Free use of washing machine and dryer.
• At the reservation you pay 50% of the total costs, the remaining 50% you pay no later than 4 weeks before the arrival date.
• The deposit is € 450. It will be returned to you immediately after your stay if everything is tidy, complete and intact.
• We charge a surcharge for single use of our bedrooms. You can indicate this when making your reservation if you wish to make use of this.
• Arrival from 15:00, departure no later than 10:00.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Inside is not allowed to be smoked.
